Sean’s practice is anchored in litigation and trial work. He has built a reputation as a formidable courtroom advocate, successfully trying and winning multiple civil jury trials early in his career. He has also argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, demonstrating both his depth of legal knowledge and his ability to handle matters at every stage of litigation—from initial strategy through appeal.

A significant portion of Sean’s practice is devoted to real estate litigation, where he regularly represents clients in high-stakes disputes involving boundary lines, easements, adverse possession, trespass, and neighbor conflicts. He also handles complex contract disputes, including business-to-business conflicts and consumer protection claims under G.L. c. 93A, as well as home improvement contractor disputes and personal injury matters. In addition, Sean provides practical legal guidance to individuals and small businesses, including entity formation, contract drafting, and real estate asset protection strategies.
